“A Condition Called Love” Anime Reveals Its Trailer, Cast, and Much More!
What’s better than a simple romance anime in 2024? The official website for the TV adaptation of Megumi Morino's manga "A Condition Called Love" (Hananoi-kun to Koi no Yamai) has unveiled key details, including the main cast, staff, and a slated premiere in April 2024.
Taking the directorial helm is Tomoe Makino, known for works like "Aharen-san wa Hakarenai" and "Kotaro Lives Alone," leading the charge at East Fish Studio. Hitomi Amamiya, recognized for her contributions to "Merc Storia: The Apathetic Boy and the Girl in a Bottle" and "Chillin' in My 30s after Getting Fired from the Demon King's Army," assumes the roles of series script supervisor and writer. Akiko Satō, acclaimed for her work on "Trigun Stampede," is responsible for character design.
The anime brings in a talented team to round out its crew: yamazo for the music, Fumihiko Ootera on sound duties, Yōko Nakao overseeing the art, and Nanami Emoto, Katsumi Mochida, and Yoshimi Kawakami handle color keys. Takuya Niwa manages the photography, and Kazuhiro Nii takes the reins on editing. It's a solid lineup ready to make the series shine!

The physical release of the manga's first compiled volume in English occurred on January 24, with the fifth volume set for release on November 21.
The manga itself, penned by Megumi Morino, delves into the story of Hotaru, a 16-year-old high school first-year who has always been indifferent to love.
